The GSM Single Cartridge Mechanical Seal adopts stationary ring compensated seal face technology, which adapts to seal face clearance variations and enhances sealing stability. Its unitized design pre-assembles core components into an integrated unit, fundamentally reducing deformation issues under high and low temperature conditions. No complex on-site commissioning is required, avoiding failures caused by installation errors.

This seal withstands temperatures up to 220°C, making it ideal for harsh high-temperature applications such as hot oil systems. It replaces the traditional insert assembly process with one-piece molding technology, effectively preventing common failures like seal ring detachment and face displacement, and ensuring seal integrity during cyclic high and low temperature operations.

Driven by application requirements, FBU Sealing Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. has engineered the GSM seal to handle pressures up to 25 bar, meeting the needs of medium and high-pressure chemical pumps. The standardized design allows flexible configuration with throttle bushings or oil seals, and is fully compatible with API Flush Plans 11, 21, 32, and 62. It comprehensively covers various chemical pump operating conditions, building a solid safety barrier for production.
