  • Q How to customize seals according to customer needs? How do customers provide feedback on customized seals?

    A

    FBU focuses on advanced customized mechanical seal solutions, committed to solving sealing problems that cannot be solved by standard seals, and providing customized sealing products for your core equipment.

    We have a team of engineers with an average of over 20 years of industry experience in materials science, mechanical engineering, and tribology. They are not only proficient in sealing design, but also well versed in the sealing behavior laws of various complex fluid media and changing working conditions.

    We adhere to the "front-end intervention" working mode, collaborating with the client's technical team at the beginning of the project to analyze working conditions, define requirements, and ensure the reliability and optimization of the design scheme from the source.

    In addition, we have accumulated a database covering hundreds of successful cases in the pulp, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and specialty pump industries, which can provide solid data support and practical experience for new projects, ensuring that every customization is accurate and reliable.

  • Q Can we provide regular maintenance or inspection services?

    A  Annual maintenance agreements are available, including services such as seal lifespan inspection and lubrication recommendations. Fees are determined through consultation based on equipment quantity.
  • Q How to claim compensation for product quality issues?

    A Report the issue within 7 days of receipt and provide an inspection report. Upon confirmation, we will cover return/replacement costs and offer compensation (e.g., discounts, replenishment).
  • Q Can the logistics status of order be tracked?

    A After shipment, we will provide the tracking number and logistics link. You may track the status in real-time via the "Order Inquiry" function on our official website or by contacting customer service.
  • Q How can we ship and how is freight calculated?

    A Domestic orders default to express/logistics freight collect (e.g., Deppon, SF Express), but you may also specify a carrier. International orders adopt terms like DHL/FOB, with freight costs calculated in real-time based on volumetric weight.
  • Q Can we provide a VAT special invoice? How to submit the billing information?

    A We can issue 13% VAT special invoices. Please provide your company name, tax ID, bank account details, etc., in your order. E-invoices will be sent within 24 hours.
  • Q Does our company participate in industry exhibitions? How to access exhibition updates?

    A
    We annually exhibit at domestic and international trade shows (e.g., China International Pumps & Valves Exhibition, ACHEMA). Visit the "News Center" on our official website for advance schedules. Registration grants complimentary tickets.
  • Q How to contact for urgent orders or technical support?

  • Q Does our company have import-export qualifications?

    A We hold self-operated import-export rights and can provide certifications such as FORM E and CE. We assist with customs clearance and inspection procedures.
  • Q Can we sign a long-term framework agreement?

    A We welcome annual procurement agreements. Signing such an agreement entitles you to priority production scheduling, discounted pricing, and dedicated customer support.
  • Q What are the requirements for OEM/ODM cooperation?

    A A Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ, typically ≥500 units) and signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) are required. We support customized branding/packaging and technical adaptations.
  • Q Does our company have distributor/agent policies? How to apply?

    A  We are open for regional agency/distributor partnerships. We provide sales training, technical documentation, and rebate incentives. Applicants need to fill out an application form and will be evaluated based on market capabilities.
  • Q Which payment terms can be accepted?    

    A Support T/T bank transfer, letter of credit (L/C), Alipay/Enterprise wechat payment. For large orders, installment payment is available (30% down payment + balance paid before shipment).
  • Q Can order be modified or cancelled after confirmation?

    A Free modification is available 48 hours before production. Once customized parts are put into production, they cannot be cancelled. Standard parts can be negotiated for return or exchange (provided that the packaging has not been opened).
  • Q How long is the validity period of the quotation?

    A The validity period of the quotation is usually 30 days (affected by fluctuations in raw material prices). Long-term cooperative customers can apply for a locked price agreement.
  • Q How can you get a product quotation? Is it necessary to provide parameters?

    A You can submit your requirements (such as working conditions, dimensions, and materials) through the official website, email or phone. We will provide an accurate quotation based on the parameters. Standard parts can be directly referred to the price list.
  • Q Where is our factory located?

    A Our manufacturing base is in Changshu, Jiangsu, China - strategically positioned in the Yangtze River Delta industrial hub. With proximity to Shanghai/Ningbo ports, we ensure efficient global logistics and supply chain management.

  • Q Are you a factory or a trade company?
