TECHNICAL FEATURES

Advanced labyrinth seal design.

•Non contacting, zero friction, provide bearing protection.

•Dynamic O-ring design to prevent water & vapor entering the bearing housing during equipment cooling condition.

•Zero maintenance.

•Zero power consumption.

•Labyrinth Bearing Isolator mainly made by bronze, also available in an all stainless steel construction on special request.


APPLICATION CONDITION

•Suitable for working conditions that comply with API 610 7th edition standard oil mist lubrication.

•Design of axial sealing ring for horizontal equipment operating at a speed of 20m/s for oil splash /grease lubrication and other linear conditions.

•To prevent oil mist lubrication leakage to the atmospheric side.
