PRODUCT FEATURES

•The FL external flushing system is purely mechanical and does not require consideration of explosion-proof issues.

•The system is equipped with a throttle valve and a rotor flowmeter, which can effectively control the flushing flow rate.

•The system is equipped with a throttle valve and a pressure gauge, which can accurately control the flushing pressure, making it difficult for the fluid with high steam pressure in the sealing chamber to flash.

•The system is equipped with a one-way valve to prevent excessive pressure in the sealing chamber or insufficient pressure of the flushing fluid, which may cause backflow of the liquid. The system needs to be equipped with a check valve.

•The system is integrated on a fixed bracket for easy transportation and installation.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

The FL type external flushing system is mainly used in situations containing solids or impurities, directly flushing the flushing liquid into the sealing chamber from the outside to keep impurities away from the sealing end face; Or increase the pressure of the sealing chamber to an appropriate level to prevent damage to the seal caused by medium flashing.

Mainly used for mechanical seal auxiliary system API 682 Plan 32.
