Recently, our company held a special training session for the sales team, focusing on professional communication around mechanical seal products and effective solutions to customer technical inquiries. The training aims to support our transition from a product supplier to a trusted technical partner for clients, while further improving the team’s customer service capabilities.
The training was designed based on frontline sales pain points, covering core mechanical seal technologies, common customer challenges, and professional technical communication skills. Sessions were led by our senior technical engineers, experienced designers, and top-performing sales specialists.
Combining theoretical learning, case studies, and role-playing scenarios, the training was well-received with active participation from all sales staff. Participants strengthened their technical knowledge and communication skills, better prepared to support customers with professional solutions.
