Mechanical Seals for
Independent Pump
Repair Shops.
Complete, factory-built cartridge seals for the pumps you repair —
ANSI B73.1 and API 610 process pumps, discontinued models and
hard-to-source applications. Send the pump or seal details you have.
FBU configures, builds and air-leak tests the complete cartridge.

01 · SELECT
A Proven Seal Core
The right architecture from mature, in-production core options for the equipment and duty.

02 · CONFIGURE
Equipment-Specific Interfaces
Sleeve, gland, materials and connection details defined around the pump you are repairing.

03 · DELIVER
A Complete Cartridge Seal
One factory-built unit. No loose components for on-site assembly, no compression-setting guesswork.
Factory
Assembled
Complete cartridge construction — not loose components for new-seal assembly.
Air-Leak Tested Before Shipment
Every applicable complete cartridge seal is air-leak tested before shipment, with the result documented.
Product Identification
Serial number and test record travel with the seal, so the same seal can be ordered again by part number.
Repeat Supply
Same part number, same configuration, same records — for repair kits and repeat orders.

01
Equipment-Specific Configuration
Fit defined around the pump model, shaft and seal chamber you are repairing — not a one-size guess.
02
Complete Cartridge Seals
Ready to install as one unit. Less fitting risk, less rework, less downtime for your customer.
03
Engineering Support
Application review and failure analysis when a standard replacement is not enough.
04
Repeat Part Numbers
Your part number stays your part number. Order the same seal again with confidence.
05
Repair-Kit Continuity
Controlled repair kits keep each installed seal repairable over its life — no dead-end part numbers.
06
Factory Manufacturing & Traceability
Critical parts machined in-house, assembled and tested in our plant, with SAP-controlled BOM, drawing revision and quality records.

Test limits, conditions, records and approved evidence can be reviewed within the relevant project or customer-audit scope.
Shipment-test boundary: every applicable complete cartridge seal is air-leak tested before shipment. Dynamic validation and routine shipment air-leak testing are different controls.

3D DESIGN
Complete Assembly and Interface Review
Controlled 3D assemblies support fit, drawing release and manufacturing continuity.

STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS
Pressure and Component Behavior
Applicable analysis reviews deformation, strength and pressure-boundary behavior.

THERMAL ANALYSIS
Temperature and Thermal Deformation
Applicable analysis reviews temperature distribution and combined thermal-mechanical behavior.
Public boundary: FBU shows sanitized 3D capability and analysis types. Software brands, customer data, design inputs and detailed acceptance criteria remain controlled and can be reviewed during an authorized audit.
Clear API boundary: API Spec Q1 registration is a quality-management-system certification. It is not a blanket API product certification, API Monogram authorization or API 682 product approval.
