FL Type External Flushing System for Plan 32 of Mechanical Seal

• Add metal tube float flowmeter and needle valve, can manually adjust the flushing flow;

• All parts required by Plan32 are assembled on the frame, with compact structure and convenient installation.

• The FL external flushing system is purely mechanical and no explosion-proof issues consideration.

• The system is equipped with a throttle valve, rotor flow meter, and pressure gauge, which can effectively control the flushing flow rate and accurately control the flushing pressure.

• Equipped with a check valve to prevent excessive sealing chamber pressure or insufficient flushing fluid pressure causing backflow.

• The system is integrated on a fixed bracket for easy transportation and installation.

• Mainly used for API 682 Plan 32.
