CS Leakage Collection and Detection System for Plan 65 of Mechanical Seal

PRODUCT FEATURES

•The inlet pipeline, overflow pipeline and outlet pipeline are all connected by union joints, which facilitate disassembly and adjustment of orientation.

•A warning port is set on the collection tank, and a liquid level switch can be optionally installed. If the mechanical seal leaks, it can be detected in time.

•The leakage liquid from the mechanical seal should enter from the bottom of the collection tank. The liquid is relatively stable and will not cause false alarms.

•A needle-type stop valve is set on the outlet pipeline. During normal operation, the valve is slightly opened to achieve a throttling effect.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

The CS type atmospheric end leakage collection and detection system is used to handle the leaked condensate medium. Based on whether the leakage flow of the collection system is too large, it is possible to detect whether the seal has malfunctioned. Used for pumping fluids under conditions where condensation occurs at ambient temperature.

PD 65 A utilizes a level transmitter fitted to the reservoir to trigger an alarm on excessive leakage and includes a loop to bypass an orifice (to prevent high pressure on the atmospheric side of the seal).

PD 65B also uses a level transmitter, but to alarm when the reservoir is full, and includes a loop to bypass an isolation valve (to prevent high pressure on the atmospheric side of the seal).
